Refund policy
To get a refund, you must submit the written cancellation request (use the form designated by the Institute) and a copy of bank book(under the student’s name, otherwise there must be the student’s agreement and the account holder’s ID copy).

- If you want to get refund by overseas remittance, the charge is on the beneficiary.
- If you get issued admission letter by ERICA IIE, you should return that admission letter for the refund.

- If you need the Cash Receipt for your tuition fee, you should ask the office before the end of semester.
- When you apply for a refund, your visa (D-4) will be cancelled.
- When a student holding a language training visa(D-4) applies for the withdrawal during the semester, the refund amount will be based on the date of the departure for home country after returning the student’s alien registration card to the Immigration Office.
- When a student holding a language training visa(D-4) applies for the withdrawal due to the admission, the refund amount will be based on the confirmation of the admission letter issued from the school for the transfer or admission.
